Girl Scouts Can Do Anything!

Day 1 of the Girl Scout National Convention Hall of Exhibits is over and we have an amazing time meeting so many awesome Girl Scouts and Leaders! As part of the fun we hosted a Dolly T-shirt "make-it take it" and boy did the girls have a blast creating their very own unique T that fits our Adora Girl Scout Dolls perfectly!  Here's some quick pix that we took of the booth events during the day!

We're working hard to get ready for the launch our new 2012 additions to our Adora Toddler Time Collection and with that comes dolly photo shoots!  Here's a couple behind the scenes shots we took of one of our most popular toddlers...Froggy Fun...sitting pretty while the camera flashes and the shot on the BIG screen...yep, looking good!

The first thing I noticed about these Adora dolls are they are weightier so feels closer to an actual baby.  Now with 2 girls in the house you actually consider yourself a doll connoisseur of sorts (no prizes for betting how many we have in this house). The one sweet thing about this doll, that honestly my kids won’t know or understand, is that she smells of baby powder. If you close your eyes you almost feel achy for that time your kids smelled that way. My 6 year old immediately took her into the upper bunk and she remains there for her snuggle each night and sleeps with her arm wrapped around it."
