National Stress Awareness Day...

Today is National Stress Awareness day...let's all Stress Less~ with these useful tips...

Here are three simple steps for taking action today:
1.  Ask yourself 'How are you feeling'?
2.  Schedule a break.
3.  Reach out to a student who needs help.

Here are some additional Stress Busters:

  • Exercise
  • Eat a balance diet
  • Limit alcohol and stay away from illegal drugs
  • Get involved
  • Do your BEST instead of trying to be PERFECT
  • Take a time out
  • Put things into perspective
  • Talk to someone
  • Find out what triggers the stress
