 Most people are getting off work early today to start the long weekend, full of celebrations and fun with family. And although this is a time of celebration for those men and women who have served our country...we also need to remember those who have lost their life for our country and our freedom. Amongst all the celebration and fun times, take a moment to reflect and pray for those fighting still today.

May Day is celebrated in the United States where people create May Baskets. These are small baskets usually filled with flowers or treats and left at someone's doorstep. The giver rings the bell and runs away. The person receiving the basket tries to catch the fleeing giver. If they catch the person, a kiss is exchanged.
